Warranty Policy
When Equipment is sold new, it carries a limited manufacturer warranty. Once you purchase the equipment, it will be your responsibility to register it with the manufacturer to activate the warranty. Return Policy
Satisfaction guaranteed. You can return an unsatisfactory product purchased from us within 14 days from the date of receiving with prepaid shipping. Email orders@zenmarket.net for a return authorization number, and make sure you write it on the return package. All returns will be rejected if they do not include a return authorization number. You will receive your money back less a 15% of restocking fee of your returned item(s).
